Research & Consultancy

In the university community, research remains an essential part of academic life and advancement. Since its establishment in 2016, the Lake Malawi Anglican University (LAMAU) has always championed research in various sectors in the development of Malawi and Africa at large. The university policy on research and consultancy has benefited from a wide consultative process of LAMAU academic staff and other academic professions from various stakeholders.

The LAMAU policy on research and consultancy aims to ensure consistency across the university in establishing a common mechanism for planning, implementation and monitoring of the research process. The policy applies to Faculties, departments, units and groups.
